Each job search is strategized to ensure optimal sourcing of candidates. Drawing upon a complex model of job postings, job fairs, open houses, super days, advertisements and proactive mining of resumes on the Internet, we source both active and passive job seekers for our openings.

For each candidate presented, the client receives a recent resume, as well as a candidate profile that includes qualifications, reason for leaving current employer, career goals and salary requirements.
