Requirements:
Seeking licensed Investment Assistant - Branch Administrator to support an Area Investment Manager within a bank program and Investment Advisors. As a Branch Administrator you will support the Investment Managers and Advisors, servicing new accounts, processing paperwork, checking paperwork for accuracy, responding to client queries, and being detail oriented. You will also generate Excel reports, schedule and coordinate special events and interact with the compliance department. You will be traffic cop for many ongoing projects and be home base for the traveling Investment Managers.

Candidates must be actively licensed with Series 7 and Series 63. If you want to work in a team environment and support successful financial planners the rewards are limitless. You will be a regional resource and some out of office meetings required on ad-hoc basis.
