Requirements:
Our client is an established bank investment program with a large client base, selling investment products to high net worth and small business owners. They are looking for experienced Investment Sales Managers - to coach Investment Consultants who are actively licensed with Series 7 and Series 63, as well as appropriate insurance licensing to position investment products and perform financial planning. The ideal candidate will manage 12-20 investment consultants selling investment products to an existing list of clients while on a commission based program.

    Ideal candidate will have:
  • Track record of recruiting Investment Consultants
  • Expertise in Coaching and developing team members
  • Business Development and forecasting skills
  • Resolve client issues have direct client experience
  • Experience increasing market share and penetration

The compensation model is base salary plus override. Total earnings $175K - $250K. Territory to cover - Orange and Rockland county, or NYC area. Series 7, 65, 24 and L&H insurance licenses are required.
