Requirements:
Seeking an Investment Training Manager to lead the investment training initiatives for a bank program. You will support the sales organization who will be selling a full array of investment products to bank customers. If you like to be a team player and work in a first-class bank investment organization we want to talk to you about these situations.

Ideal candidates will have proven track record of creating learning modules and presenting new material. You must be able to design, deliver and test. Expertise in instructional design and evaluation of learning is mandatory. E-learning and project management skills are critical. Types of training to include: sales training, time management, investment product knowledge and leadership training. Investment training expertise on the bank or B/D level is a major plus. Internal Wholesalers, External Wholesalers, Financial Advisors and Investment Sales Managers are excellent career candidates.
