Requirements:
Seeking Training and Development Manager with Banking Industry expertise. Our global client has several training and development opportunities in the tri-state area. You will be supporting a sales organization that sells a full array of banking products via bankers, sales people and customer service teams. If you like to be a team player and work in a first-class banking organization while having the flexibility to work in several locations we want to talk to you about these situations.

Ideal candidates will have proven track record of creating learning modules and presenting new product material. You must be able to design, deliver and test. Expertise in instructional design and evaluation of learning is mandatory. E-learning and project management skills are critical. Types of training to include: sales, customer service, credit, product knowledge and manager training. Retail/consumer bank expertise is a major plus.

Excellent starting salary and full benefits including tuition re-imbursement and 401K.

We have opportunities for training professionals in West Paterson, New Jersey. Earnings $60K-$95K.
